Those pesky allergies

Allergies can cause so much irritation in humans and just as much in our pets. My dog suffers from allergies and it makes me feel so helpless at times to relieve her symptoms. We have been through much trial and error, as this article points out, there are lots of causes for allergies and unfortunately you just have to figure out how to best treat them. I know for my own allergies, treatment seems to become ineffective and then it is time to start a new routine. This article is packed with info and remedies to help our furry friends get some comfort. As always, please check with a veterinarian before staring any treatment on your pets.

Why does your dog sit at your feet?

I know as Independence Day approaches there will be several articles posted about fireworks and pets. We all know that fireworks can send some pets into a panic. Also, we need to be careful of our pets getting into extra food at celebrations or even finding spent fireworks on the ground. I wanted to take a minute to share this article in lieu of the many articles that will no doubt be available. So as to not be redundant I have selected this article. It gives us reasons why our dogs sit on our feet. There are many reasons, one being that they are frightened and need to feel some security. I am sure that there will be many pets that will need that feeling of security that their pet parents can bring them this week. So, during this time of fireworks and celebrations please remember, your pet is not standing at your feet to be in your way. They need you, and I for one, need my fur babies 😍

Laundry and Pet Saftey

In keeping with Pet safety, I obviously realized that dryer sheets are a choking hazard for my dogs and also that chemicals are bad. There are some facts in this article that I had not heard. Don’t know about you, but my dogs tend to be on top of it when a dryer sheet falls out of the dryer, I am always on the lookout for this. Always good to be armed with information. hashtag#keepourpetssafe hashtag#important hashtag#armedwithfacts hashtag#ilovemypets. hashtag#professionalpetsitter #
